Mission
APRO exists to make AI-enabled talent visible to Tokyo companies. The route is one funnel: a free 4-week internship measured on a weekly task gauge, an Academy subscription for building an MVP with Claude Code, and an invite-only Accelerator for members who validate one. Placement follows the Shortlist, earned on performance and never sold.
