Mission
We do not place interns. We graduate AI-native operators inside real Japanese host companies. Three paths out, one platform in: hireable, freelanceable, founder-track. The host gets AI-augmented output from week one. The intern leaves employable in a post-AI economy with proof of work no resume-stamp internship can match.
