Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Aoyama Professionals ("APro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

APro provides internship placement and support services, connecting international candidates with Japanese host companies. Our services include application processing, candidate screening, company matching, onboarding support, and program management.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and meet any visa or legal requirements for working in Japan.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your application
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat host companies, mentors, and APro staff with respect
  • Fulfill your internship commitments to the best of your ability

Program Fees

Program fees are outlined on our pricing page and in your enrollment agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once a placement is confirmed, except as specified in our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials is owned by APro or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

APro facilitates internship placements but is not responsible for the actions of host companies or the outcomes of internships. We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold APro harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
