The programme is built on Claude Code. Interns ship real tasks on the same stack APRO itself runs on.
A weekly task gauge
Task completion is measured every week, so progress is visible. A mandatory pitch and communication block builds the skills host companies ask about.
Certificate and Shortlist
Completing the 4 weeks earns a certificate. Top performers enter the Shortlist, refreshed weekly and surfaced to Tokyo host companies. Placement is the outcome of shortlisting, not a promise attached to the internship.
