Three months
A focused three-month programme taking a validated MVP towards its first paying customer.
Commitment deposit
A deposit secures the place. The balance is waived when the venture lands its first arms-length paying customer.
Small equity stake
APRO takes a small equity stake in the venture. The exact terms are disclosed on invitation.
Guest speakers from the startup ecosystem
The programme brings in founders, operators, and investors working in Japan. Sessions are built around reaching a first paying customer, so beginner theory is not the point.
Who gets invited
Invitations go to Academy members with a validated MVP. There is no application form. Build inside the Academy, validate with real users, and an invitation follows.
